Stamp contemporary dance

bpost releases 20 original stamp collections every year. Each collection focuses on a specific theme.
For 2024, they chose the theme 'Contemporary dance in Belgium', among others. A sheet with 5 different stamps from 5 different Belgian dance organisations.

Alain Platel was asked to choose an image from one of the performances he created for les ballets C de la B.
A difficult choice from the many performances and even more images. It became a picture from the performance Out of context - for Pina by photographer Chris Van der Burght.
