Samer Karajah

Samer Karajah began his dance career with the Handala Dabke Troupe in the village of Saffa before joining El-Funoun in 2010. He is now one of the lead dancers, instructors, and choreographers of the troupe. Samer has co-choreographed several performances for El-Funoun, including The Rooster, Asheera, and the upcoming production Zaff.
He has also led numerous dabke workshops both in Palestine and internationally. Samer holds a BA in Business Administration from Birzeit University in Palestine.

In addition to his work with El-Funoun, he is a co-owner of a restaurant, an entrepreneur, and a farmer. As an artist, Samer is inspired by natural movements in everyday life, which he incorporates into his dance practice.
