Dima Zahran

Dima Zahran is a Palestinian dancer and architect from Nazareth, currently based in Haifa. She trained in Classical Ballet and Contemporary Dance at Alamal Contemporary Dance School and later completed her studies in Architecture and Urban Planning. Dima has since launched a freelance career that blends both fields.
Dima believes in the strong connection between architecture and performance, where space invites movement and movement transforms space. She aims to explore this relationship in her own way within the right framework.

Notable projects include None Static (2016) by Samar Haddad King, Samaa Wakim and Ayman Safieh, a site-specific performance in Haifa and Jabaa village in the West Bank. Zero Zero (2022) by Aseel Qupty with Alamal Dance Company while also leading renovation projects for the school’s spaces; Baylasan (2024) choreographed by Misan Miso Samara and produced by Théâtre de la Ville in Paris; Arabesqua (2024) by Nur Garabli; and most recently On this Land (2025) by Misan Miso Samara.
